From their background in speciality coffee, Minor Figures have developed an Oat Milk for professionals. Their goal is not to compromise the fidelity of your coffee in the cup. Add to any roast profile or origin, and experience the truest characteristics of your espresso shot, while adding natural sweetness, density, balance and silky micro-foam when steamed.

This Oat Milk is made and bottled fresh to order in London.

To be labelled as ‘gluten-free’ products must contain no more than 20 ppm of gluten. This Oat Milk is not quite that low and whilst none of the ingredients directly contain gluten we cannot claim they are free from gluten. We are able to ensure that the Oat Milk contains less than 100 ppm (mg/kg per product) gluten from rye, wheat and barley. This means that they are categorised as being very low in gluten (containing between 21 and 100 ppm gluten).

Use within 10 days of receiving the product unopened and within 3 days of opening, keeping refrigerated at all times and shake well before use.

The Packaging must be returned (i.e. left for pick-up) within 28 days, otherwise it will be considered a purchase and charged at the corresponding retail prices listed on Loaf.ly on the date of purchase of the product.
