This loaf from My Gluten Free Bakery combines their amazing gluten free classic sourdough with activated charcoal to produce this amazing black bread. Not only does it strike quite a talking point, the activated charcoal is a digestive aid.

This bread is delicious served warm, so heat in the oven for 5 minutes then devour straight away! You can also freeze the bread 3 months. Defrost at room temperature or 10-15 minutes in the oven to serve warm.

Once cut open, keep covered for freshness.


Organic brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour (modified), organic sorghum flour, sourdough starter (9%), organic millet flour, salt, stabiliser: xanthan gum, activated charcoal, citrus fibre

Delivery: For Monday and Tuesday deliveries orders must be placed by midday Friday. For all other deliveries orders must be placed by midday two days before.

Legal: By placing an order with us you take full responsibility for ensuring the products are collected from your doorstep as soon as possible to avoid spoilage. will endeavour to ensure your items are delivered before 7:30am with adequate temperature control where appropriate.

Packaging: This item is delivered in a cotton tote bag (the Packaging). You are purchasing the product and not the Packaging. The Packaging remains the property of unless purchased specifically as a product through this site or as a result of a failure to return as outlined below.  The Packaging must be returned (i.e. left for pick-up) within 28 days, otherwise it will be considered a purchase and charged at the corresponding retail prices listed on on the date of purchase of the product.
