The business launched during the global pandemic in 2020 is named after Josh and Gemma's great gran thanks to her sweet tooth. They make their ice creams by hand inspired by Hazel's recipes to keep the creamy and smooth textures she expertly created every time. Josh trained as a patisserie chef from the age of 16 so you can be sure their modern twists and creations are from great hands!
