This stoneground wholemeal flour is made from locally sourced organic wheat London's last working windmill, Brixton Windmill.
The windmill was built in 1816 and reopened in 2011 after the charity, Friends of Windmill Gardens, were awarded a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund, and milling operations restarted in 2014 using the original millstones from 1902.
